Modern day society is filled with hazards for men and their best selves, showing up in a plethora of symptoms:

What you’ve got in this book is not just information to help you notice the symptoms in your own life; to join the dots and help to overcome what might be happening to you already, but it can also be a wakeup call. You could be experiencing an awakening to the other side of society, one that does not have your best interests in mind, nor does it care. Treating you like a consumer and nothing more, wolfing down your toxic food stuffs, racing towards the newest trends in technology and consuming God knows what into your mind, body and soul. You could already be aware to all of this and brought here by some of the symptoms listed above, guided by your intuition as you seek knowledge to undo the damage.

Putting this information together is literally just the condensing of years of reading, bookmarking and trips down multiple rabbit holes.  Given the sheer volume of information that I have stacked it’s a strange admission to say that there is no conclusion for me to draw from it except to say that something is happening!

The data is obviously pointing to a decline in testosterone levels amongst men. The reason for it is not so obvious. It’s plastics. It’s GMO’s. It’s what’s being sprayed from the sky, the pollutants in the water, the vaccines, the soy boys, the media, the illuminati. It’s a long and varied list ranging from the highly believable to the highly UNbelievable. Given that reality, therefore I say something is happening, but I don’t have any one thing to point my finger at. It’s a multi-front war. But the weapons to fight the war are the same. Perform the tasks to better your Mind, Body & Soul. Lift weights. Eat whole foods. Limit alcohol or stop altogether. Meditate. Pray. Set some goals and go after them. The way to win is to fight for yourself and become self-obsessed. Not in the vein sense of course, but obsessed with the betterment of the self. You and everyone around you deserves the best version of you. If everyone operated from such a plane of thought, what kind of world would we have?! Is it a fantasy? Probably, but your corner of the world will certainly be a better place for the best version of you to live in.

I’ve already explained, in a lot of detail, about how to change your life and there’s not a whole lot else to say. It’s about consistency and committing to doing the right things day in day out.
